Hi all,

I have started on a new model, and thought I would share. Early days, and I have a LOT of detail to add, but it's been surprisingly fun to do, especially as I had an excuse to dig out my Dreamcast to play the game to take reference shots. :)

The Dreamcast was one of the greates consoles, still have mine.
Jet Set Radio was nice to play :-)

Yeah, the Dreamcast is possibly my favourite console of all time. I just ordered some new controllers and VMU's to be able to play it properly again. Looking forward to replaying some classics. It's a shame that the DC light gun won't work with LCD TVs - I was looking forward to playing 'House of the Dead 2', but tried last night, and it's a no-go. :(

I'll be blocking out the buildings tonight, and adding more of the environment details. I'm going to go for a semi-realistic look in the render, but over saturated to keep in the original style. I may also add the spray cans and graffiti souls dotted around, just for fun...

Wow some serious nostalgia here. Makes me want to pull out the Dreamcast. My copy was called Jet Grind Radio, I believe because it was the imported US version. One of my favorite games of all time :)

There is an HD rerelease coming to PS3 on Sept 18th and Xbox 360 and Steam on the 19th for $9.99 USD. Great work as usual Sumimasen.

I've actually had some free time to do some personal work in Modo, so thought I'd pick this project back up.

I'm going to concentrate on adding more buildings and a few of the other items like banners, barriers etc.
