Topic - The Fortune Teller

Hello fellow modo lovers! :) I wanted to share with you all my latest piece! The fortune teller was created using modo, zbrush and photoshop. The textures were done purely in photoshop. Maps were rendered all in modo. And the low poly is showcased in UDK. Hope you enjoy! :)

i also have these in my gallery
and here is a link to my website
Nice model! I love all the detail you put in it.
Nice texture work! Nice Light! Well done!
Very Cool.
Lovely idea!
This is awesome! Very nice presentation :)
Yes, very nice work, and very nice presentation! Gorgeous clean sculpting.

Do you have any secrets for making the normal maps work without any seams? I've tried normal mapping in Modo and always had a problem with seams. I'm sure there is a really simple answer to do with some sort of depth thingimy.

Thanks for sharing.

Really awesome work there mate. Love the details. your textures are awesome!

Just one thing though...the ornaments on top of the lady looks flat in the final colored image.
That's the only thing I see off / weird. Some thickness to it would help. Unless that was done intentionally.

Thank you for everyone for the kinds comments. Its encouraning me to work on more side projects and post them up here! :)

cggsoul - yep i totally agree with you. This piece was made for a game competition. That part of the model you are talking about, is infact a plane. So there really insnt much i can do. it would be very expensive to make that out of geometry. So for things like that i choose to do that with alphas. Which at work, i would problably totally obmit since they will tax the engine.
