I downloaded sp3 and installed it. When I start modo and check the build, i get sp2. Do I need to generate a new license key?

You don't need a new license key as the new install will use the current license and config file, though you do need to uninstall the previous version before installing the service pack. (Doing a backup would be a good idea as well).

About shows build 34083 for me. Are you sure you're running the newly installed one and not some other copy?

G.

P.S. this was the 64-bit version, haven't tried the 32-bit one.

Great Job Lux!!!
As seem at the first line of the modifications list, now whe are able to import solidaworks 2010 files.
I have a question:
How do i import solidworks files in my modo 64bit for windows?
It is only for 32bit? Do i have to install a plugin?
Can some one point me a tread with some how to?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you will need to install the 32bit ver of modo to access the plug-in as there currently is only a 32bit ver. I believe this is because there is only a 32bit version of photoview 360, and as such, Dassault only wrote a 32bit plug-in.

Thanks for the update.

I do get a strange crash in Mac OS 10.6. The scene memory useage goes up to 2.7GB and then Modo crashes. Memory useage in Windows is about 1GB less. I don't know if this is a new issue with SP3 or if it was there before. Anyone else noticed this?

Cheers, Florian

Has anyone checked if .mdd motion blurred animation has received a speed increase? I LOVE lighting in Modo, but the proc hit I take when rendering with motion blur is painful.

Thanks for the update!
