As promised we have the goods for you. If you thought a 90 minute review of 301 covered everything, well, you'd be wrong! We have plenty more to show. So let's get to it. First I have your friendly weekly dose of modcast.

modcast!

Now for some video lovin'. Kachow.

For you modo modeling purests out there...
I don't need no stinking animation!

301 is a little pushy!

Everyone likes to get baked now and again...

See you next Friday!

BP

Update: Moved it to a few more servers to help speed things up.

Wicked. Love the Friday updates with many videos like pre-201 release time. Thanks Lux.

Wow, this download is ultra-slow.

Thanks Brad, cool stuff, particularly the pushy thing. The baking vid seems to crash Quicktime player in the same spot on 2 different machines (pc), around 3:44 I get a buffer overrun. It's not a biggie since it's near the end anyway, just wondering if anyone else had this problem?

See? Now this is what I'm talking about. I love how you can control just about every little thing on the interface at all times. Even with all the new components like animation and stuff added in, you can still strip away all that stuff if your only going to be modeling, just paining, or whatever. I wish more programs were like this. Instead of saying, "Why would you want to do that?" Luxology says, "Well, why not?"

Thanks Brad!

That push to background is way cool. I could see using it to drape cloth over objects, heck the uses are endless.

Keep 'em comin' :-)

Thanks for the update Brad...downloading the videos now. Watched the channel one, it's really nice seeing large clear shots of the interface.

Listened to the modcast, you sound really tired...long nights working on modo?

Got back from LA at 2:30am. Kids got me up at 6:30am. So I guess that might be why I sounded tired. ;)
