Greetings folks,

Several things to discuss. The podcast is long so you better start now!

Enhanced modcast!

An "enhanced" podcast has additional images and links in the file. It is best viewed in QT Player or iTunes but will play directly in a browser or simply as an audio file. If you play it in the browser, clicking a URL will take you out of the podcast. Yuck. I recommend QT Player or iTunes. These also provide quick access to chapter stops should you be so inclined to jump around.

There is a lot more to talk about, but I'm going to put that off for now. If I get some spare cycles I'll post another update or possibly one early next week. So much fun lately.

Thanks to Andy BRown for being the subject of this weeks podcast and for supplying us with this great next step of his head modeling tutorial!

Chinny Chin Chin

No images this week because we've been too busy updating the official gallery. Go check it out.

Pimp my gallery

I'm going to bed. But we took it from approximately 50 images to over 130. Congrats to Jason Linhart for putting this together complete with categories and tags! We will be updating the gallery far more frequently now to keep it fresh.

In fact, through the podcast on and head over to the gallery. Give yourself 30 minutes of pure modo lovin.

BP

Ah-haha-ha!!

Man I so needed that cheese.

Great modcast! It was nice to hear you 2 'chew the fat' together.
Beardy has been a fantastic contributer to us all, and was a perfect choice for the first interview.
Well done. This 'bodes well for the future methinks.

Sweet job on the new Gallery too!

Thanks.

Like-wise. - Though I'm looking forward to just hearing it now. The small part that I heard was funny. :)

Edit: works fine playing it within firefox..pics and all.

Ah, OK, Quicktime seems fine if i download the file and play it locally, just didn't seem to like playing it online.

Finally got it to play, minus links, in Nero Showtime. Don't know about Quicktime alternative Captain, I removed it from my system a couple of months ago as I was having problems with it.

Great way to start a Friday :)

Audio and images appear to be fine when viewed with Windows Media player 10, media Player Classic and VLC too, if that's any help, seems to be the QT player itself in windows that's fubarred. With windows media player you'll need to set the file type drop down to 'all files' as it doesn't natively recognise the .m4a extension.

BTW, the closing statement in my previous post looks like it could be slightly ambiguous and interpreted as sarcasm - I meant the Podcast was a great way to start a friday, not the problems :)

Ah, Sorry, I wonder if it's because I've got Nero installed, it could be the Nero Digital codec that's allowing playback in media player.
